When it comes to the lay out of your venue, often times people over look the little details that go into developing a successful seating chart. Here are four tips to create the perfect seating chart for your wedding.
1. Do not place older guests near the DJ Booth. Often times these guests are very sensitive to the volume of the music and will often ask the dj to turn it down. While others further from the DJ space can hardly hear the music.
2. Place Guests with young children or babies near the bathroom. Whether its time for speeches, blessing or anytime someone is on the microphone it is crucial for every guest to hear them clearly. By placing them near the bathroom this gives them easy access and also saves them for having to walk across the venue.
3. Placing the DJ near the dance floor. This gives the DJ a better way to connect with the crowd, also their lighting will hit the dance floor perfectly.
4. If your having a buffet style meal, place the food near the kitchen space or near an available exit. When dinner finally comes to an end, it is crucial for the cators to be able to break down without having to carry their equipment through the crowd.
